BUILT FOR EVERYONE SERVING SUNDAY

FREE · OPEN SOURCE · NO SUBSCRIPTION

One place for
the whole service.

ChurchBoard replaces the scattered service plans, mixer apps, intercoms, slide controls, and status screens your team has learned to juggle. See what is happening now, know what comes next, and take control from anywhere.

ONE SERVICE, MANY ROLES

Everyone sees what
they need to serve well.

Production teams and musicians are constantly asked to do two or three things at once. ChurchBoard brings the useful parts together in language volunteers understand—without sending them hunting through technical menus.

Worship leaders

See timing, the current moment, and what comes next without leaving the stage.

Musicians

Adjust your own monitor mix from a phone and communicate with the team.

Audio & production

Watch the entire service, call cues, manage positions, and catch trouble early.

Volunteers

Open a simple checklist with the notes, links, and resources for your role.

PERSONAL IN-EAR MIXES

A HEADLINE PRODUCER FEATURE

Your mix.
Your phone.
No guesswork.

Band members tap their scheduled card in Producer and get a clean set of faders for their own mix. Levels read live from the console, changes save automatically, and each person can keep a preferred channel order.

  • Only the musician’s assigned mix is available
  • Live volume and on/off controls
  • Settings and channel order are remembered
  • Touch-friendly controls built for rehearsal and service

Currently supports Behringer X32 and WING family consoles, plus Midas M32.

ChurchBoard party-line intercom in Producer

PARTY-LINE INTERCOM BETA

Talk to the team
without another app.

ChurchBoard can host its own local party-line intercom. Join from Producer with AirPods or a headset, choose a channel, listen, and hold to talk—all from the same place your team already checks the service.

  • Push-to-talk or lock the microphone open
  • Multiple channels for the teams that need them
  • Production can close all open microphones
  • No separate cloud account or server credentials

Mobile microphone access requires HTTPS. Hosted mode is intended first for a trusted production network.

THE PRODUCER WORKSPACE

Run the service,
not a pile of apps.

Producer is the working home for the people making Sunday happen. Each position gets its own clear view while production can see readiness across the whole team.
